These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the joa9 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and every individual ("User" or "Member") who uses its services. These Terms have been prepared in English and are applicable at all times.

Definitions of key terms used below:

• "Platform" — joa9's website, mobile version, and all services operated under it.
• "Member" — any person who has registered on joa9 and uses the platform.
• "Account" — a personal gaming account created through registration.
• "Bonus" — any additional value granted by joa9, such as a welcome bonus or cashback.
• "Wagering" — the requirement to place a specified amount in bets before being able to withdraw bonus funds.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• The member is fully responsible for the security of their account. The password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Accounts are non-transferable — they may not be sold, transferred, or rented.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the joa9 support team immediately.

joa9 strictly follows an adult-only gaming policy. The following eligibility conditions must be met to register and use the platform:

• The minimum age is 21. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is completed.
• It is strictly prohibited to open an account and allow any underage person to use it.
• joa9 reserves the right to verify age at any time and may suspend an account if satisfactory proof is not provided.

The following rules must be followed to complete transactions on joa9:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The name on the account must match the name on the payment method.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• joa9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

joa9 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are provided under the following terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.
• Another example: A deposit of ৳12,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applicable on the bonus amount only.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering period is fixed — the bonus may be cancelled if it expires.

5.3 VIP Cashback

• Bronze: maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%.
• Silver: maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%.
• Gold: maximum weekly cashback of 0.6%.
• Platinum: maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.

5.4 General Bonus Policy

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless otherwise stated.
• If anyone intentionally abuses the bonus system, joa9 may permanently cancel that account's bonus privileges.
• joa9 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus terms at any time.

All gaming activities on joa9 are governed by the following rules:

• The results of all games are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error or system failure, that round will be considered void and the bet will be returned.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the data stored on joa9's server will be considered final.
• If a member voluntarily leaves a game or closes a session, the outcome of any active bet will be settled according to the server's set rules.
• If an error is noticed in any game, joa9 support must be notified immediately. Intentionally exploiting an error is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joa9. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account belonging to the same person.
• Fraud: Using a false identity, forged documents, or any other deceptive method.
• Software Use: Participating in games using bots, automated software, or any other unauthorised technology.
• System Exploitation: Taking advantage of any bug or vulnerability in a game or software.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a means of money laundering.
• Collusion: Multiple members working together to carry out coordinated activities intended to harm other members.
• Bonus Abuse: Using the bonus system dishonestly or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.

joa9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If account information is found to be false or misleading.
• Failure to pass age verification or identification of a person under 21.
• If a security risk arises or at the member's own request.

If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account, they must contact the joa9 support team. Any remaining valid balance should be withdrawn before closure.

joa9 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to game responsibly.

• Do not place bets beyond your financial means.
• Avoid the tendency to place more bets to recover losses.
• Do not use funds meant for family or daily living expenses for betting.
• If you experience any issues related to gaming, contact the support team.
• joa9 offers the option to set deposit and betting limits. Use this to keep your gaming in check.

• joa9 is not liable for losses resulting from a member's own negligence, misuse of an account, or unauthorised use.
• joa9 is not liable for losses caused by a game session being interrupted due to internet connection issues.
• joa9 reserves the right to update, maintain, or temporarily suspend its services at any time.
